mi duda es con los tipos de caracteres almacenados en la db, ya estuve investigando pero no me queda claro :P<BR>

bien si yo quiero guardara un texto que viene de un form con php y por ejemplo el texto tiene esto: "El día de hoy haremos los moños"<BR>

con que tipo de cotejamiento para las conexiones MySQL tengo que crear la db:<BR>
